Great filters if you have the equipment to properly clean them. Easily replaceable handles, very durable with great build quality, and even after significant warping and denting the hooks and baffles all stay effective. Only downside is if you take over a hood from a company or restaurant that didn’t clean them well. The time and power it takes to clean these filters out at that point is more than most smaller companies are capable of.

Injury of the employee can be mitigated by using your own stepladders to and from cooking equipment and to the filters themselves. Separately Captrate, Kleen Guard, and Eco Flo filters which are very common aside from drawer-type filters, all have handles to grab and carry them out of hoods; this eliminates any mentioned “knocking” of filters. Addressing the claim that cooking equipment is damaged by falling filters: not only can the filters be placed on wooden boards and heat blankets (separately not together) laid atop cooking equipment for the purpose of protecting the employees and plastic wrapping, but if you have 2 or more employees, the filters can easily be passed off from 1 employee in the hood to another on the floor, who will then ideally place the filters on some kind of cart to be taken to wherever you plan to clean it.

I'd be more concerned with my roof cuz I don't know what the fuck a Ruf is outside of a German company that makes even more performance-based modified from factory directly shipped there but for Porsche cars! I doubt the manager of The Burger Kings or the owner of the Buffalo wild wings is pulling in enough money to afford one of these cars as they are not even remotely close to being cheap

Tempered glass is a harder glass not safety glass. Safety glass has a layer of film in between two layers of glass that holds it together. Tempered glass will shatter.
